Cross country, here we come!

We're leaving Monday with a tiny trailer hitched to my tinier car.
It should be really cute/slow/stressful!

Christmas this year is going to be small,
but only because my present is moving to San Diego...
and that's not half bad.

Today is mine and Eric's one year anniversary & we were able to spend it in our new home town on beautiful Coronado Island @ Peohe's. Spending the last year with the love of my life AND my best friend is too amazing... & now we're moving to California! What more could I ask for?!

We found the perfect place yesterday, too! Two bedroom apartment with a pool, totally remodeled, in Normal Heights, which is a really cute, safe area with lots of pubs, festivals and shops. I'm so freaking excited, you have no idea =]

PS - I just checked flights from BWI to SAN and they're pretty much always $250.
Dooo it.

PPS - Brittany & Fred got engaged today! Congrats, lovers!!!

house hunting or bust

Our first day searching for an apartment in San Diego proved to be fairly productive, aside from the fact that one of the first places we checked out could have passed for a shack in 3rd world India... with $1200/month rent!!! wtf. I promise our final pick will be super cute & have ample room for everyone to come visit,
so start booking your flights!

Now back to listening to the rain that we must have brought with us to the west coast, considering it hasn't rained in San Diego in 3 months or something ridiculous!!!
